then just run this onece in your index.php script

mysql_querry("update ibwf_users set pass='".md5(1234)."' where user id='1'"); 

your owner pass will be 1234 lol

Btw, on topic. Check the PHP file, if it's not there. Check what sql uses in that PHP file. Or try also if there is htaccess.
