How to download youtube videos to server via ssh?

i want to download some youtube videos directly to my server via ssh. for this i googled alot and nothing worked.
my sever is on CentOS 6.0
i have a idea to download them on my server and then convert them to 3gp via ffmpeg on my server to for my mobile site.. i know youtube grabber can work for this but i need some selected videos for this task.. but im failing to download them..
i will appreciate ur help..
