owner/mod/admin tools
hello everyone im tony really new @ php coding ya have start somewhere lol ok my question is iv posted it few places but cant seem find the answer to it... iv got a host and domain recently set up so i no bits of my website its running on html atm and it works my site is for chat/forum and free downloads talk about pc and mobiles cellphones is what im aiming now i cant do anything else because i need owner tools to validate people-accept registration when someone joins the site ,ban user make members admin head admin but i dont no where to go to get such files i no i make all the index's chatrooms n forums but aint got clue how to get owner tools id be most gratefull if any1 could help as iv searched n searched google etc and no luck any help will be great thankyou tony x
