Bro does it have a duration limit of file? I mean admin can set the uploaded file's duration. For example i set the duration for 1week then all uploaded files will be deleted in 1week so that it will not consume lots of server load. Or else if the uploaded file's link was n0t visited in 1week then it will be deleted in server.

it is safe as it could be, php files can be uploaded but cannot be executed on server
its like rapidshare, you can upload php files to rapidshare can you?
