oh no yar db file will be autometic created after install this script.

ok, i've tried everything with the htaccess file.... but always error 500...

the script insists that this line:

php_value arg_separator.output "&"

is in the htaccess... but that line is what causes the 500 Internal Server Error... anyone got any ideas?

Lol, nothing from the installer is missing, only upgrade package is missing, full pacakage with upgrade option will be released on 7th Jan. But for fresh installation nothing is missing, I've installed jcms4 successfully, you need to chmod some files and folders, wait ill upload readme file in english.

JohnCMS 4.0 (Multi Language)

Here is JohnCMS 4, Multi Language Release. Languages That Are Available In This Package Are : English[en], Indonesia[id], Moldovenească/Română[md], Русский[ru] and Українська[ua].
N.O.T.E : its not a full release, upgrade package is missing, approximate date for full package is 7th Jan. I recommend you to wait till full release, rest is up to you, Enjoy ...
