Tropo Classes and Sample Scripts Collection (PHP)

Long time..
Recently tropo api just stopped working from my localhost. though I am using Xampp now but It was working in Wamp.. but seriously confused about all the stuffs now.. my pc just became ghost... when I have lost my OLD HD. okay..

And is tropo working for you ??? I mean on your localhost or in server ?
