Hello dude, i have been trying to understand the use and when to use the php flock() function but it really kicking me off...i have read the documentation and other php source but it gets complicated the more i try....please i need a nice, explaination on WHY , HOW AND WHEN TO USE THIS FUNCTION IN PHP FLAT FILE...thumbsup in advance
