you paid with your paypal balance or account/credit card?
if it from ac/cc you can still get your money back consult host last time if still no reply
contact your bank file a charge back
actually paypal dont accept charge backs for virtual services so you need to consult bank
if you not paid with cc you paid with balance of paypal then you wont get money back
rather try to fix this up with host
