Help with xml 2 wbxml converter with php

In creating prov 4 s40, the xml script (i.e containing d ip,port, name.....) must b converted to wbxml b4 it will work on d phone, i create prov on my pc with dis method.
I want 2 make an online prov generator,
Any 1 knows how to convert xml 2 wbxml with php?
