Need Assistance with coding a note
Good Morning:
I need to know if there is anyone out there who is able to assist me with coding an Orthopedic Operative Report>
The diagnoses are 724.4 and 722.10
The procedure that was performed is a Minimally Invasive Matrix microdiskectomy.
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated and the sooner the reply the better. Thank you so very much in advance for any and all assistance that you might be able to give me. Hope to hear from someone very soon.
