MySql table Crashed! Please help

In CPanel you have MySQL Databases , go there Find the Repair DB option .

Thanx bro I already repaired the database table but can you help me how to fix my johncms problem? Nobody can login even if they inputed the correct password,even me as admin I can't login.

it displays "Authorization Failed!"

Can somebody help me howto repair my crashed database's table? I'm on shared hosting from subzero.. After he upgraded the server my johncms community encountered an error that noone are able to login...I checked ny phpmyadmin and in users table it displays this error.
