How Install All this to my linux VPS ?

hey guys i wana make my vps for support all type of script plzz help me step by step how to install all these:

MP3 codec support (LAME MP3 Encoder)

OGG/Vorbis codec support (Xiph.org: Downloads)

x264 codec support (VideoLAN - x264, the best H.264/AVC encoder)

DivX/XviD codec support (Xvid.org: Home of the Xvid Codec)

win32 codec support (Index of /MPlayer/releases/codecs)

FLVtool2 (RubyForge: FLVTool2: Project Info)

FFmpeg-PHP (optional)

Ability to run PHP from the command line (CLI) using exec()

Ability to execute background processes with exec("binary > /dev/null &")

but if i learn i know i can do ALL

I will install it when i got time but most will install by

cmd lines where the builders will shown

ffmpeg is easy but some times hard
