how to creat and use mailing system in xamp .i got there mercury mail server and also installed afterlogic web mail script . At mercury admin panel >cofiguration>user manage>add user and here i added a new user named blah and pass blah .then i went to localhost/webmail login page and tried to login with those user name and pass even i used blah@localhost but i cant login !! Whats the problem? Or in xamp i cant test my mail based project?

I think, it's better to use some API service like postmarkapp than normal php mail function.
