    using a standard MYSQL Database Installer

                        Theres no open source i made mine http://z8s.org you only need to add some code in lavalair script to make it multi owner and its not hard... But I wont tell you how I don't want to create my own competitors LoL its for you to find out at least you have hope its EASY you only have to add some codes and database tables.
