Multi file renamer

Hi , any one have multi file renamer. For ex. if we enter folder location (http://mysite/video) and enter what text should be rename and all files in the folder renamed after clicking submit just like something else multi file grabber. means like this before rename file name "phir-bewafai(mysite.com).mp3" and after rename "phir-bewafai(anysite.com).mp3"

if I am not forgtten Subzero Has Shared a batch file to rename all the files in a folder, here in this forum. Search and use that.
