lollllllllllllll subzero u dont understand i have dedicated server of hetzner.de here is host only i site but server is unmanaged
if u think that i wanna resell it then u r 101% wrong i want only manage server bcoz server has i7 procesor ,24 gb ram but site is running still slow

server management and coding are not same u need an expert who understand your server not a coder

Hetzner is one of the fastest Server Companies out here in germany i run my server of netcup who collocate with hetzner and even for a VPS its really fast plus excellent Support from hetzner + netcup so i highly doubt it is the provider i would say its a ****e code which slows the server down

if you use the console (putty etc) try this

echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches

as root if it helps try running it as a cron job once a day you can do that by typing

crontab -e

google on how to set cronjobs up using the console
