Can anyone please tell me How make a footer div to pages that contain scroll down?

bottom:0px; , 0%
top:100%; ..... Makes footer in the bottom of the screen. Not bottom in the whole page.

Do you mean you want a floating javascript bar that always stays at bottom of screen no matter if you scroll up/down a page?

nope.. div class position to put a footer at the bottom of the whole page. not in the bottom of the screen.. please see bellow images.
you will understand what i'm asking..
