Use your domain as localhost lol

Or your site name server ip addy remote sql

why do that just direct of the domains to the other

hmm on the site where sql hosted keep localhost on the other serer (if it is not hosted on same server) change localhost to server's IP. If both sites hosted on same host then you can use same db directly using same connection settings
