Thread: Please Help me with Cache

Please I need a code to do this example

File Url is
(http://site.com/folder/file.php?link=http://othersite.com/file.zip&name=File)
I want to save link & name via cache and turn file Url to
(http://site.com/folder/file.php?id=(id number))
And in the file.php I still get file link & name..
