Why I said, that IP + USER AGENT not enough to make good toplist.
IP + USER AGENT I can make self. So why I looking for smart ppl who know better unique visitors cheching system.

use cookies, catch user real ip (for spamers via proxy)....

First of all, it's looks like besttop - shame on you. Second it's moded russian script fixwap.net , infoaz.biz m , gigatop.net etc..etc..etc...
Therefore, I do not see what you pay for.

I have in my toplist 99840 ip's,last updated was in 30.01.2010.I use unique hits for in and out by ip ;)

IP is the one way for unique visitors???

In my qountry there is about 5+7 mobile networks, and each networks have its IP.

So IF you get visitor from same network, with same IP your scipt don't count that visitor like UNIQUE?
But, if I use proxy servers + FF UAC to cheat on your script? where is UNIQUE visitors then???
If I everytime change IP and user agent?
What then???

Nobody can cheat me ;) like i say hits are by unique ip even if is changing ;)
