put this function in ur core.php
function getmsg()
and add a function in ur admincp to send inbox include echo getmsg();in ur inbox if u not get just mail me i will help [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

ok this is not a good idea if you dont know how to ext a SQL data base more you get members more CPU runs like hell means your hoster will close you dont not a good idea but ill make your code to be a data ext

sending messages to all users is a bad idea!! if yo can code it perfect, its a good idea to send messages to only ppl whos last act is of 1 day or only to online users. and then make a code in admincp, to delete all sent messages of the usename which you use to send message to all. so that your database wont fill up soon

A Good filled up database is good if you have the space lol
