Download vs Stream !

I eventually notice that the Some or All NOKIA Phones dont Promt for downloading 4Shared MP3 Music but they Automatically Start streaming the Music.
I think " a href" (anchor tag) doesnt work for it !
So is there any solution for it ?

if you are downloading files through your' server (an i think you do) , via php you have to set header content to audio/mpeg and then it will prompt for downloading , the stream appears because "i suppose" that you are using force download header, header("Content-type: application/force-download"); , if you are not downloading via server and redirecting 4shared direct link , there is nothing you can' do because the problem relies on there servers , as you know 4shared grabbed links are from the player ! so yeah it's streaming not direct downloading !
